Standard SLAs cover business hours (08:00-17:30). Premium tiers add evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation for production-critical workloads.

Yes. We start with a Health Check to map your estate, then run a phased handover so day-to-day operations stay stable while we take ownership in clear stages.

Inside Switzerland. We work with Swisscom and Swiss-based hosting partners; backups and snapshots stay in-country unless you specifically ask otherwise.

Managed Services and Premium Support are flat monthly per workstation. Project work is fixed-fee where the scope is clear, otherwise time-and-materials with a written estimate up front.

Absolutely. Send yours over and we'll counter-sign before the kickoff. Reciprocal templates are no problem.
